The Veneto region in Italy has been famous since the beginning of the 17th century for its colourful and skillful block printing. A block was carved from wood and pressed onto the blank sheet of paper repeating the process, sometimes with up to four different colours, until the sheet was covered with the pattern. Nowadays, using the original patterns and colours, the printed paper is done by machine.

We have imported the paper from Italy to half hand-line these envelopes, and we think you’ll agree it adds a sophisticated and colourful touch to your correspondence. Each box is predominantly red, blue or green, in assorted patterns.
